Living trays allow you to increase the shelf life of your micros a couple days. They also allow you to display your product, cut, and serve! Wheat grass is our particular favorite. pre orders are required.
Packaged

We package all of our micros in 100% plant based containers! At bee conscious we do all we can to help the environment. This is a wonderful way to receive our product, allowing you to store with ease, grab and go!
Farm Share

We offer our micro greens as an additional farm share to CSA members. Members may choose between all of the Packaged micros and even customize their very own micro mix!

Farm Favorites

Sun Flowers
These micros are 25% protein and they are full of nutrients! Offering vitamins A, B, C, D, and E! Containing high amounts of zinc, which is known to boost fertility. High amounts of folate which is a necessary B vitamin for early development. Also a natural reliever of chest congestion. Not only that, sunflower micros are rich with vitamin E, a natural antioxidant. Talk about flower power!

Pea Shoots
Peas, peas, the magical shoot. The more you eat them the more you.... Cleanse the body, fight infections, promote healing, all the while boosting your digestive, circulatory, and immune systems! These babies are rich in protein, amino acids, calcium, iron, magnesium, niacin, potassium and phosphorus. Vitamins B2, B6, and C!

Purple Radish
The micro radish offers loads of vitamins and minerals. Vitamins A, B6, C, E and K. With a mineral consistency of calcium, iron, potassium(aiding blood pressure), magnesium and phosphorus. They are high in fiber, aiding in digestion. All this, plus, micro radish regulates bile production, safeguarding the liver and preventing water retention!

Broccoli
Broccoli micros are full of vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus. These help build strong bones and manage how your body stores, and uses energy. As well as adding in repairing and the growth of tissue and cells!
